Exercises and herbal medicine against the chin
Women older than 30 are particularly difficult to resist the appearance of a second (double) chin. It especially poisons the existence of full ladies.
At any age and with any combination of the efforts of gymnastic exercises, you can ensure that your chin remains the first and only and you will look immaculate.
Before we start special exercises, we will conduct preliminary work with the skin. You need to regularly do yourself before the gym exercises massage with honey. Do it regularly, it's not difficult at all. Take a little honey on your fingers and massage your second chin to redness. After the procedure, rinse the honey with warm water. This massage nourishes and moisturizes the skin and, most importantly, helps to get rid of unwanted sagging folds on the chin.
Of course, this procedure is prohibited for those who have honey allergies. Bandages with lemon juice will come to the aid. If you have a rather distinct second (double) chin, apply a bandage on it from time to time: moisten in 3-4 layers of gauze (2 cm wide), moisten with lemon juice in the middle and do not tighten too tightly the most extreme bulge for 20-30 minutes chin. After removing the bandage, apply a fat nourishing cream on the neck. After 30-40 minutes, tie your chin again with the same bandage, but already moistened with cold water. This simple procedure is recommended to be performed within a month every other day and preferably at night.
Exercise against the second chin "AIST"
Tighten the muscles of your chin. This exercise is especially effective in a situation where you need to provide an immediate pull-up effect on the eve of a responsible date or holiday. Lie on your back, your head should be on weight. Raise it and look at your feet. Repeat 15-20 times. This will improve the line of the neck and chin. However, if you suffer from vascular diseases or complain about the spine, the exercise can cause uncomfortable sensations.
This exercise against the second chin gives good results, but requires more time and patience. Sit in front of the mirror, elbows should rest on the table, and the chin touch the fingers. Tighten the muscles of your chin. Teeth, close the chin, push it slightly forward and lift it slightly. Tap lightly with closed fingers on the chin. Make at least 30 quick light flaps, do it several times a day.

Stand upright and straighten your chest. Put your hands on the edges of your shoulders and try to stretch your neck as far as possible, pressing your hands on your shoulders. Take care that your shoulders do not go up. Inhale, slowly count to 10, exhale, and then completely relax the muscles. Repeat 5-6 times. Exercise is wonderful in that it can be performed at any time and in any place.
Exercise against the second chin "Mary POPPINS"
Take off the makeup and take the starting position: sitting at the table, the mouth is closed, the muscles of the face are relaxed. Raise the chin slightly upwards and set forward. The elbow of the right hand put on the table and put your chin on a clenched fist. Lower the lower lip upward to close the upper one. Put the tip of the tongue on the palate over the upper teeth and press, counting to 5. On the "5" tab, press on the palate more strongly and stay in this position, counting to 5, then slowly relax the muscles. Repeat 3 times.
Every day for at least 5 minutes, walk around the room with a thick book on your head. Make sure that, like the girls on the podium, your back is straight, your shoulders straightened, and your head is proudly raised. This exercise will help not only to remove the second (double) chin, but also to develop a light beautiful gait.

Carrying out three miraculous exercises, invented by the French beautician Nadia Payo, twice a day for 10 times, you can keep the skin young and supple for years to come.
Exercises 1 and 2 perform due to the strain of the muscles of the lips - the central muscles of the lower part of the T-shaped zone of the face. Exercise 1. Pronounce the sounds "y" and "u" with the maximum muscle tension - thus, the muscles of the lower part of the face are trained and strengthened.

Regular work on the problem zone of the second (double) chin will significantly improve your appearance.
Exercise 4. Tighten the muscles of the chin. Imagine that a load is suspended on your chin, which you need to lift upwards. Lifting the chin, strain the muscles under it.
Exercise 5. Strongly strain the muscles of the neck so that they protrude. Keep them in suspense for a few seconds, then relax.
Exercise 6. Tighten the muscles of the chin. Lower the lower lip vigorously down and pull inward.
Exercise 7. Smooth the forehead skin, squeezing the muscles that pull it back. Hold them tight, and then relax.
Exercise 8. Squeeze and relax the muscles of the cheeks from the side of the nose. This movement is like winking at first to the right, then to the left eye.
Exercise 9. Press the fingers of both hands and pull down the chin. With tongue firmly prop up the palate. This helps the chin muscles resist finger pressure.
Exercise 10. The goal is to strengthen the cervical muscle. The increase in this muscle lengthens the neck and improves its shape, not allowing the formation of a second (double) chin. Lie on your back on the edge of a sofa or a bed without a back so that your head hangs. Raise and lower your head, training the neck muscle. Begin with 5 exercises for 3 lifts and aim for 10 exercises for 6 movements up and down.

Decoction of oak bark and St. John's wort
Mix 1 tbsp. l. oak bark and herb St. John's wort, pour a glass of boiling water, boil for 10 minutes, let it brew for 20 minutes, strain and add boiled water to the original volume. This decoction is recommended to wipe the skin after classes.
Herbal infusion of St. John's wort and chamomile flowers
A refreshing, soothing and soothing effect on the face of any type is exerted by infusion from the herb of St. John's Wort and flowers of chamomile (2 tsp St. John's wort and chamomile for a glass of boiling water).
Toning mask from sour cabbage juice

Steam bath made from linden flowers
After class, thoroughly cleanse your face with water or lotion. Pour into the enamel bowl of 1.5 liters of water, bring it to a boil, remove from heat, put in boiling water 1-2 tablespoons. l. dry linden flowers, cover the head and bowl with a towel and hold your face above the steam: with oily skin - 15-20 minutes, with normal - 10-15, with a dry - 5-10. After the procedure, rinse your face with cold water and dry with a paper towel. After 20-30 minutes, apply a face mask on your face.
Mask from broth of mint
Finely chopped mint leaves (fresh or dry) pour boiling water in a ratio of 1: 3, bring to a boil, boil for 2-3 minutes, cool slightly and in a warm layer, apply evenly to several layers of gauze, flannel or linen cloth. Apply on face for 15-20 minutes, then remove, and rinse face with warm water. The procedure is conducted the day after the session for 3 weeks.
